Consultations

Consultation Overview

All councils are expected to consult on specific areas of their service delivery.

This allows service users and other interested parties to have opportunities to be involved with the planning, prioritising and monitoring of services. It also gives the Council's customers an opportunity to see the Council's consultation activity and its outcomes, both current and past.

By carrying out research into satisfaction with service delivery, opinions about specific projects and lifestyle profiles, it helps the Council to design better local services.
