Changes to Householder Planning Application Rules

From 1st. October, 2008, the need for householders to apply for planning permission for proposed works has changed. For details, please choose an appropriate link from the list below, or follow this link to the Planning Portal (external website).

The links below have been updated to reflect the above changes, which will be effective for work started on or after 1st. October.
