Add new buildings/enclosures/pools/fuel storage tanks for domestic heating purposes, within property boundary

Please answer the following:

Will the addition be for purposes other than those incidental to enjoyment of original house, (see note 2 below)?
When built, will more than 50% of ground, excluding original house, be covered?
Will any part of new building,enclosure, pool or container be sited on land forward of a wall forming the principal elevation of the original house?
Will any new building have more than one storey?
Will the height of any new building, enclosure or container exceed - 4 metres in case of building with dual-pitched roof 2.5 metres in case of building, enclosure or container within 2 metres of boundary of curtilage of house 3 metres in any other case?
Will the eaves of any new building exceed 2.5 metres in height?
Will the building, enclosure or container be situated within the curtilage of a listed building?
Will the works include the construction or provision of a veranda, balcony or raised platform?
Will the works relate to a dwelling or a microwave antenna?
Will the capacity of the container exceed 3,500 litres?
If the works are in the curtilage of a house within a World Heritage Site, National Park or area of outstanding natural beauty, will the total area of ground covered by buildings, enclosures and containers situated more than 20 metres from any wall of the house, exceed 10 square metres?
If the works are in the curtilage of a house situated in a Conservation Area, will any part of any new buildings, enclosures and containers be situated on land between a wall forming a side elevation of the house and the boundary of the curtilage of the house?
If the answer to ALL of the above is "No", click the NO button.

1. "Original house" means as built or as it was on 1^st. July, 1948.
2. "Incidental to enjoyment" includes keeping of poultry, bees, pet animals, birds or other livestock for the domestic needs or personal enjoyment of occupants.
