Making a postal application

It is recommended that you view the process of dealing with an application here, before submitting your application.

• Check here to make sure you provide all the information needed for your application to be valid.

Please make sure you supply the correct number of copies and remember that the submitted drawings are the only means the Planning Department has to assess your proposal. If they are poorly drawn, inaccurate or incomplete, it may be necessary for further information or drawings to be requested, thus delaying the processing of your application. Photographs will be useful sometimes, in amplifying an application, but will not be accepted as a substitute for accurate plans.

Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

2. Complete forms, attach drawings and other supporting documents.
