Must be a detached building

• into which people do not normally go.
• into which people only go intermittently, only for purpose of inspecting/maintaining fixed plant/machinery. 
• any point of building must be more than one and a half times its height from any point of a building into which people can/do normally go or nearest point of boundary of curtilage of that building, whichever is nearer.
