Response Times
When you contact us or make a planning application we undertake to meet the following response times (in working days).
Please note: due to staff shortages through illness and holidays, our response times are running below standard at present, e.g. acknowledgements of planning applications are a few days behind. However, the time taken to decide your application will not be affected.
