To check whether your application may be affected by a constraint relevant to your proposal, follow the links below. Where there is general information about the constraints listed. For advice specific to your location, follow this link to Public Access and choose Property Search from the menu on the left. Then, enter the address of the development site, and select the "Constraints" tab. Alternatively, you may download, complete and submit the form at the bottom of the page.
