Gender Equality Scheme

Oswestry Borough Council works to improve the quality of life for all those who live, work in and visit the borough.

The scheme sets out the research and consultation the Council has undertaken to explore where differences in satisfaction with council services and employment practices exist between men and women.  It also sets out the actions that the council will undertake to redress these differences and to improve the quality of services - and satisfaction with them - for all.
