Housing Land Supply

This report sets out the Council's assessment of the current housing land supply position within Oswestry Borough.  It seeks to establish the extent to which the Council can fulfil the requirement to identify and maintain a 5 year supply of deliverable land for housing.  This initial assessment covers the 5 year period 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2012.  It will be used to help inform decision making on planning applications.
