Application for prior notification of proposed agricultural or forestry development - proposed building

National Requirements

Your application MUST include the following:

1. A completed form or written description of the proposed development and the materials to be used
2. A plan indicating the site
3. The appropriate fee

Local Requirements

In addition to the information listed above the following information may also be required. The level of information required will be dependant on the scale and nature of your development proposals and you are advised to contact Planning Services to determine which of the following is required for validation purposes

• Plans (the original plus 3 copies to be supplied unless the application is submitted electronically)
  • Existing and proposed elevations (e.g. at a scale of 1:50 or 1:100)
  • Existing and proposed site sections and finished floor and site levels (e.g. at a scale of 1:50 or 1:100)
  • Existing and proposed floor plans (e.g. at a scale of 1:50 or 1:100)
     
• Photographs/Photomontages
• Planning Statement
