Policy H31: Extension of Existing Gypsy Sites

The extension of the existing Gypsy caravan sites at Park Hall and Farm Hall, Kinnerley to provide up to 20 and 10 family pitches respectively will be allowed provided that :

1) The pitches are properly constructed and toilet/washing facilities provided to the satisfaction of the Council,
and

2) Parking and storage compounds for working vehicles, tools and plant are provided to the satisfaction of the Council,
and

3) The extension of the site is properly screened,
and

4) It can be established that there is a genuine demand from Gypsy families with a proven association with the area.
