Policy LE8: Land at Bank Top, St. Martins

An area of land which will allow the extension and possible redevelopment of the existing Bank Top Industrial Estate is allocated for employment development.

5.31 - Bank Top is a successful, low-key industrial estate and this policy will allow for a modest extension. New development should seek to up-grade the appearance and facilities of the estate and to reduce its visual impact on the surrounding area.
