Policy LE5: Land at Llanymynech

An area of derelict land at Llanymynech is proposed for employment development when reclaimed. Development of the site shall include improvement of the highway access to a satisfactory standard.

5.29 - This is the site of a former coal yard which is presently suffering from dereliction. The site could be reclaimed and redeveloped to provide a small industrial estate. Development could not proceed until the highway access is brought up to standard.
