Policy H12: Trefonen

Within the 'Area for No Further Consolidation' on the Trefonen Inset Map, no new housing development will be permitted other than on sites with existing planning permission.

3.118 - In view of the threat to the character of Trefonen posed by further development of the hillside area, this policy has been included to limit new development to those sites with existing planning permission identified on the Inset Map. Development in addition to these sites would be detrimental to the individual character of this part of the settlement and would place undue pressure on the network of narrow lanes serving the area.
