The following sites for 5 or more dwellings in the rural area are allocated for housing development :

The estimated number of dwellings to be built on each site (shown in brackets) provides only a basic indication of housing capacity. The actual number of dwellings built will depend on design, housing type and the need to comply with development control standards set out in Policy H4.
3.100 - These sites are shown on the relevant Inset Maps, and are identified by the policy number, followed by the number of the site (eg H10.1, H10.2 etc.).
3.103 - A proportion of affordable housing will be sought on some of these sites, in accordance with Policy H27. When the site adjacent to Foxley Wood (H10.18) is developed, the Borough Council will endeavour to ensure that the Highway Authority improve the road junction which serves this part of the village.
